Ladies of London! Instead of snoozing off your hangovers this Sunday, get yourselves down to Brick Lane and support the amazing Girl Effect Live…
The Girl Effect movement was born in 2008 and it’s about leveraging the unique potential of adolescent girls to end poverty for themselves, their families, their communities, their countries and the world. Find out more about what they do here.
Throughout the day there will be spoken word performances, comedy, live graffiti, Slambassadors UK workshops and nail art by us of course! There’s also gonna be limited edition necklaces from Tatty Devine and the exclusive ‘Girls Reframed’ exhibition, an immersive theatre experience with artistic consultancy provided by Punchdrunk Enrichment. In the evening there’s the opportunity to celebrate the potential of girls all around the world and the achievements of the day with the one and only Jessie J at Village Underground.
There’s loads going on, and all for SUCH a great cause. Which is what we’re all about. For more information and to sign up for day and evening tickets, head here. See you there babes!
